Here at ZH FITNESS we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
However, if you didn't like what you ordered or if it didn't fit, don't worry. You have 30 calendar days from the delivered date to make your decision.
At the moment it is not possible for us to exchange products. In this case, you must follow the return procedure and then make a new purchase.
We will proceed to the return of your order.
For the approval of the return, you must pay attention to the following requirements:
a) The product(s) keeps the original label;
b) The product(s) is (are) properly packed;
c) The product(s) shows no signs of use - they have not been washed, present no odors and are clean;
d) They contain all the accompanying items (including gifts, bags etc).
Whenever possible, we ask you to return the product in its original packaging, ok?
FOR CUSTOMERS FROM PORTUGAL MAINLAND:
The right of free return is granted to customers from mainland Portugal for total or partial return of the order, for pieces purchased at full price. Pieces purchased in the promotion, with discount, in promotional campaigns, or with coupon do not apply the right to free of charge return, and the shipping cost in this case is supported by the customer. The shipment must always be with the option of tracking.
FOR CUSTOMERS FROM PORTUGAL ISLANDS AND ABROAD:
The customer must always take care of the return shipment directly to ZH FITNESS, the shipping costs being supported by the customer. The shipment must always be with the option of tracking.
The customer must, within 14 days from the date of communication of the decision to return, send the product(s) back to ZH FITNESS.
The customer who returns ZH FITNESS product(s) without fulfilling any of the requirements of the previous points, may not be entitled to a refund.
